I had a basement window and window well installed by prestige window and doors. They didn't have the window well dug down deep enough so it caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home. My home was built on clay, I guess they didn't want to dig down further than 3ft when the building code 9.14.6.3 states \Every window well shall be drained to the footing level or other suitable location\. When doing any renovations to your home make sure you check code and make sure the company you choose adheres to code and provides proper documentation . I would not recommend this company.

Just had new windows installed, can't say enough good things about the staff, answered all my questions and did an incredible job on the windows. Most importantly they left no mess behind! Definitely reccomend them!
