Lots of selection and pants/leggings that fit a plus size and tall woman! Defiantly recommend the 360 leggings. Great customer service and a clean store! A bit on the high end for cost, but if they last for what I go through in a day - it'll be worth it!

I would love to give them 5 stars but with how I was treated today with a purchase I made over the phone and then not getting my product because of HUMAN error on writing the correct address. I ordered a bag February 18, and was to receive it February 25 but nothing came. I figured it was due to Canada post as they have had delays for the past few weeks due to Covid. I called the company to inquire about my purchase and was told to give it a few more days . I received a call today and was told that my package was delivered on February 25. I informed them I did not receive the package and was ask for my address to confirm that it was correct one they have on file. I was then told to call Canada post and my credit card company to dispute the purchase as I did not receive my package. I was also told that there was nothing they can do as the package was delivered to my address but in fact it was not delivered to my address but to another address: the street name was correct but door number was wrong all together. I live at 91 and my package ended up at 119. Right numbers but wrong order and a extra 1 was added.... Things happen and I get that . I am very lucky that the person who had my package didn’t keep it. I contacted the company to see how they can make this right as this caused me great stress and for the inconvenience it caused me but I was informed they can’t do anything as I got my package in the end. I was not offered a returned or anything from the start or a way they can help me with finding out where my product may have gone. Not cool at all.

Took our son to get scrubs for his program. The 2 staff were very helpful and found him everything he needed. Great selection with a variety of styles including shoes and socks.

I was in my scrubs one afternoon and witnessed who I assume was the owner or manager being very disrespectful and unprofessional towards one of her employees in the middle of the store. She created a very uncomfortable environment for myself and the other customers and I could also tell the employee was embarrassed. I have given my scrubs many chances but time and time again have been extremely disappointed with the customer service, as well as the attitude of the owner/manager. I will most definitely not continue to support my scrubs in the future.

Horrible costumer service! Wouldn't replace a scrub top I spent 75 on that came with a rip in it. Just lost a costumer
