March 5 2020 a shuttle nearly side swiped my vehicle. U20200 Incident occurred in Calgary 19st and 16 ave. When called the company the woman that answered the line would say yeah yeah yeah when I attempted to explain what happened. Which is definitely not what a mother wants to hear when one of their workers could have killed her child. Disgusted by this company
J & L Shuttle have always gone \above and beyond\ for me on my trips to Calgary and Lethbridge. Julie has always organized my trips- she has been amazing. I am so grateful for the extra care that they have given me.
Driver was unable to follow road signs, did not feel safe. I wasn't on your shuttle I watched do this.
They were able to get a very important package to Peter Lougheed Hospital, for my husband. They were not allowing visitors and this was the only way to get the package to him from Medicine Hat. many thanks to the driver, very much appreciated.
