Doug Davies came to tow my car to the dealership, as it would start when I used the fob, but not when I used the push button starter. He removed the battery cable, waited 30 seconds, then had me hold the fob to the button while he re-attached the cable. It worked! He saved me a ton of money and time. Thank you so much, Doug!!

I had a vehicle stored , battery was stone dead, Mike arrived sooner than I expected because it was a snowy windy day. Mike kept trying different tactics until my truck got boosted . One thing I didn't expect was he pushed it out of the locker it was nosed into to give better access to the battery which ultimately proved very helpful in getting enough boost to my battery. Very much appreciated

Michael Donald was my operator for my afternoon dead battery. I only waited 12 minutes for him to arrive, which he did to the exact minute. Michael found me easily in the parking lot and had me up and running in no time. Michael scan my battery and tightened the straps on my battery, let it run for 30 minutes and I should be good.... If not I'll just call Auto Spa Towing LTD. again

The tow truck driver arrived within a short time and the driver, Doug Davies, was polite, friendly, capable and professional. He put me at ease right away by recalling another time years ago when he'd come to my house to tow the same vehicle. He even looked around underneath it and handed me the broken pieces to show my mechanic. Thanks, Doug!!
