I almost bought a unit from this builder today until my lawyer pointed out the fine print in their contract literally reads that they might have already booked that very unit to one or more people. The process of getting deposit back takes monthssss. They want thousands of dollars from buyers without signing a purchase contract for a year. These policies are NOT normal.
