Had an amazing experience with this Clinic! It was clean, spacious and new. Reception was quick and friendly, as was Dr. Bonnah and the amazing nurse practitioner whom I unfortunately did not get her name. Would highly recommend this clinic

Refused to treat me because I have fever/nausea. I showed the my negative COVID test I received the day before and they still refused to treat me. What is the point of a medical clinic that won’t treat a sick person? Absolutely makes no sense In response to the owner: I’m sorry but no this is no excuse. I’ve talked about this experience with doctors since and they’ve all been horrified that this clinic forced my hand by not treating me. As I said to the receptionist that day, I needed my chest listened to - which required me to be there in person. I had a virtual appointment with a clinic a couple days prior to getting my covid test results and they said I needed to go into a clinic physically if my test came back negative. I followed all the rules. I went and got tested, I was negative. I had that result to show. I know the COVID safety protocols, I work in a medical clinic. I even called Telehealth and THEY were the ones who recommended I go to urgent care immediately. I did my due diligence and came to this clinic seeking help because I was trying to avoid going to the hospital, like healthcare professionals have been recommending people do. When you turned me away I was forced into the hospital taking up front line worker’s time when your clinic could’ve done everything they did there for me. I had a serious life threatening bacterial infection that could’ve been discovered a week sooner if you didn’t deny me at the clinic. What are people supposed to do if they’re refused treatment at the clinic? They are forced to go to a hospital where COVID patients are supposed to get treated. This is morally so wrong of you to do to people and 3 months later Im still thinking about it and talking about.

The receptionist that day was rude, but the doctor was helpful. The lady who did my blood work was absolutely amazing - she was sweet and really made you feel comfortable at the clinic.

Thank you to Dr. Haile-Meskale for helping me with my health concern. He showed that he cares fully about his patients and didn’t rush to get things done.
