This take out window in the middle of Downtown Vancouver has some of the most unique poutine dishes. Made fresh while you wait its quick and tasty. While very tasty the fries soon end up soggy as the added ingredients that complete these unique poutine dishes start to settle in on the fries. The fries soak up the thin gravy leaving the curds to dry dryout and clump together. Presentation is nice. Good enough for a hangover.

Got the classic poutine. Fries and gravy and curds. While walking on Granville, I’ve seen about 4 places that sell poutine. I see Mean Poutine looked like a fun place to go to. Hole in a door feel. I won’t go again because the curd was sneaky rubber texture and the fries was just drenched in gravy, result in a heavy uncooked fries. Not the powdery potato you were hoping to drive into. In my opinion, it’s Granville, it’s opened late. Meant for bar, booze and after night club food. Not for lunch. Anyways, the food did its job in filling me up. So, a good transaction. Best wishes

Hit and miss. Fried chicken poutine is great, but on the deluxe they put cold mushrooms and make it soggy and unappealing. Curds aren't the best, but fries are delicious.

Tried them, ordered a regular plain poutine as per the photo on skip, and the poutine came with green onions. Not even good green onions. Gross green onions. No mention of this on the description. On top of this fries were soggy and gravy was not suitable considering this their specialty . My friend had a similar experience receiving mushrooms on a \build your own poutine\ when he only wanted meatballs . That's two for two strikes . Will not be returning .

Well being a French Canadian from back East I think I know what a poutine should be and this is definitely not it. Furthermore I don't know who on God's green earth you think you are adding onions to this but that is definitely not part of the recipe. First and last for me get it right
