My overall experience was fantastic! I ordered a stove and bedroom set was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to come in it was in on time. I dealt with Kathy and and she was very helpful and honest. Over all it was friendly and i love my furniture. what more can you ask for.

Purchased living room furniture set four weeks ago. I expressed to female sales person that I was in a hurry for furniture and was advised that my furniture will arrive in a timely fashion (two weeks-maybe three). Four weeks later and I am still without furniture or any idea as to when it will arrive. Customer service sucks and they'll tell you what they think you want to hear in order to make a buck. Stick with The Brick or Leons; at least they can give you a delivery date and show some appreciation for your business.
I recently bought a Sectional from Mcqueen's and payed quite a bit for it. (Over 1100) You would think when spending that kind of money that they would offer Free Delivery but of course they had to scavenge as much money off of us as they can. So I decided to pay this delivery fee (80) to find out they only deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays... So I had to wait an extra week to get this delivered. I was also told that they delivered from 5 to 5pm as well as I explained I work 8-5 and can't afford to take work off. Once again disappointed.. As I get a call and the person says they do not deliver after 5pm... So what do I do? Sure enough I'm forced to take time off work. The time they told me was from 11-2pm. So I take it off. Sure enough I get a call, we are going to have to move the time to 2-4pm this was at 2 that they called me to tell me this.. So I have to stay even later.. Just to get another call saying that the driver refuses to deliver to my place, saying he cant leave sight of his vehicle. Confused I asked him to at least try and that I took my day off to wait for you. Once again another call saying he will not do it and that I can go and pick the couch up myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Very deceiving and terrible delivery service! LEONS offers free delivery and great customer service I regret not spending my money there.
I purchased a Dimplex fireplace and drove two hours home only to find out it did not work. I was told by the salesman it did not have a remote control, (which it did in the drawer). I asked for a different kind of fireplace insert and I was told there were no other styles available (which is not true, there is a log insert for this fireplace). When I called the store I was told to wait until the salesperson I bought it from was in. When I did get a hold of him the next day he was sorry but could do nothing about it and did not know of a repair man in my area. I said it is new, it should be replaced but he said no! I then called Dimplex and was told that they would send me a light harness that my husband had to change to see if that was the problem. They would email me a service book so he would know how to do it. I asked them to exchange the insert as it was brand new and they said no. It might take a week or so to get this thing working proplerly as they were going to send a new wiring unit. I did receive a call and am awaiting a service man (whom Dimplex Company is sending).
I went in about a year ago for my first time, my sales lady fixed me up with a sectional they ordered in for me. It was delivered and the delivery guys set it all up nice. I found the service friendly. Lots of selection in store and even more in catalogs. I keep going to look at the new stuff that comes in. I recently got a tv stand from the same sales lady that sold me the sectional, Anna. My cat put a few scratches in my tv stand and their service department was FANTASTIC, very accommodating. They came out and covered up the scatches beautifully (after I declawed my cat). Over all, love McQueens for their unusual selection of furniture and accessories, much different from the brick and leons.
Said it would take 4 weeks, took 7 weeks. The bed came in with screw marks in the main part of the bed. The delivery guy said he would order a new bed and didn't. Then I was given a customer service number which no one ever answered. Finally gave the store a 4th call and they are making me get an inspection so I have to wait at home. Pain in the a!!! Never ever again! Go to the brick! I've made about 20 calls to date and still waiting!
