I have been a client of McPhillips Toyota and have never had a bad experience. My 2 most recent purchases have been wonderfully executed by Ed (in sales) accompanied by Kelly (in finance). They have been informative, patient and worked hard to ensure I had all the necessary information to make me feel comfortable with my vehicle purchasing decisions. I never once felt pressured, nor surprised by hidden costs. They have accommodated my family and I to ensure I had support during vehicle exploration. My entire family owns a Toyota from Toyota McPhillips and trusts the for all their vehicle needs. I have been to other dealerships, but I am always treated like a close friend or family member at McPhillips and they always put me first and make sure all my needs are taken care of. I purchased my first 2021 RAV4 from Toyota McPhillips. They made my first experience really smooth and easy. Also the initial setup with remote connect and service connect were easy to navigate with the help of the wonderful customer care service. Really satisfied after working with these guys.
I had been looking at purchasing my first car on and off for more than a few years and in 2020 decided it was time to make a purchase decision. As a bit of background; Scott had worked with my parents in selling them a 2018 Toyota CHR a few years ago. During that deal, I really appreciated the helpful, honest and straight-forward approach Scott took as this really simplified things and made the buying experience more enjoyable for everyone involved. I am happy to say that in 2020 McPhillips Toyota is still an amazing place to purchase a vehicle! I worked with Scott again and once more he was very straight-forward and honest all the way through the purchase process. Scott answered all of my questions, understood my needs both in what I was looking for as well as financially, and did his best to see that McPhillips could meet these needs. Kelly in the finance office continued these positive trends as we closed the deal. I am now the proud (and very excited!) owner of a 2020 Toyota Camry SE.
