I called to get some help with a civil matter and talked to what must have been one of their lawyers who filters customers for on-boarding as clients. After describing the key facts, she said that she can't help due to lack of evidence and simply hung up. I have spoken to other lawyers who are confident the case is strong. Very unprofessional.
