Purchasing a BMW X5 from this dealership was the worst decision we could have possibly made. Overall the entire experience was terrible. From false mechanical reports, brake problems shortly after purchase, Injector problems shortly there after with zero accountability from the owner/dealership. Dangerously there were also 2 factory recalls on the vehicle that were not disclosed when we drove off the lot and only discovered months later once we took it to a certified mechanic. In our opinion the owner was absolutely miserable, condescending and combative. I would recommend saving yourself a ton of headache, stress and money by purchasing through a certified dealership. If the option for zero stars existed - I would have selected it.
