What an WONDERFUL picnic. I can not say enough about McFarland house. They were friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect. The lunch they packed was more than enough food for 2 people. We actually had the viscounts for breakfast the next morning. Everything was freshly prepared. I was so happy as it was my first experience at the McFarland House. I will most certainly recommend this excursion to my family and friends and will be back again. Well worth the drive and money! My hats off to you Mcfarland House for making the best of a not so great time. (Covid 19)
Great place to visit the tour was very informative just so amazing to see the history places of Niagara on the lake area
A very nice, preserved piece of Niagara history. The tour is informative, staff wonderful, house well maintained. Enjoy their Tea, scones and respect the surroundings.
Loved the food, the staff was delightful. Just couldn't understand why the hours posted and stated on the phone were 10am-5pm. Yet when I went to go back in.. the door was locked at 4:15pm. 45 minutes before they were supposed to close? Go figure.
Very neat and clean washroom, enough parking spots and beautiful place for spending the day. BBQs are there which makes the place perfect.
Lovely place, super friendly staff. The food is amazing and so fresh :)
Nice Afternoon Tea with my family recently. Staff dressed in period costumes, a/c so not too hot in glass atrium. Beautiful nature and garden as you walk in. Locally sourced fresh fruit was nice as well.
