Service was slow due to the drive thru being top priority. Waited in line for 10 minutes, my big mac looked like it was just tossed in the box on the bun. The should call them big messes cause they look like it Haha.

I mean, it’s McDonald’s so I’m not going to rip them too bad... food was fresh tonight, maybe dial it back on the salt though. Fries were way over salted. Salt should be left up to the customer in my opinion. It’s bad enough I’m eating McDonald’s at 11 pm, I don’t need two weeks worth of sodium on top of it. Asked for no pickles, got pickles.. I picked them off, over it, but that’s not the point. Attention needs to be paid when preparing food, who knows if allergies are the reason people are requesting food to be made the way they ask for it. People should get what they ask for and it should be quality, we pay enough for it and McDonald’s pays you (employees) to get it right, so put some effort in.
I had a coupon open on my phone from their WEBSITE and first the cashier said (after scanning it) that it wasn't valid. Mind you that I've been through their DRIVE THRU numerous times and I only need show it as they don't scan it and all is well. I even read the small print and it says it's not for mobile orders and valid March 8th to April 11th. Cashier says sorry it is not valid and I politely say well it works when I go through your drive thru, so she calls a supervisor and he says that they'll make an exception this time but not to expect it in the future? I mean what kind of service is this? Very disappointed as I normally take my kids here a few times a week. I guess I won't be now.

Worst Mcdonald I've ever had. No salt on fries. Taste is terrible. Most horrible thing is that a Indian/Pakistan face woman touched my fries without gloves. It's just nasty. An employee's mask did not cover her nose， hopefully she didn't get COVID
Very bad customer service. Waited an extra 10 minutes for fresh fries and we still received cold and dried out fries. Asked for no ice in the pop and got ice in all 4 orders. Never again will we go to McDonald’s in HRM. Time for change
I had an incredible experience at this McDonald’s. A gentleman named Samual went above and beyond all of my expectations and catered to my every single need. This staff member deserves a raise for his exceptional work, and I will absolutely be returning. Thanks Samuel!
