Today I went to McBurny Pools & Spas, I was looking for parts for a Beachcomber hot tub. This is my first time owning a hot tub so to be honest I know nothing about them. I was very fortunate to be served by Jess Jennings. She was patient kind and understanding to my novice knowledge about spas. Jess is brilliant and full of knowledge. My mother recently purchased a pool from McBurneys (I’ve been helping her along the way-technology isn’t her strong suit ;) ) The team there has been super helpful in promptly answering her questions and providing support when needed. I needed help shocking my pool after opening it during Covid. It was my first time taking care of a pool and the incredibly competent team at McBurney Pools walked me through the process. They were extremely busy meeting the needs of so many people yet still took the time to provide me with excellent client service. Hats off to these ladies.
