I have been dealing with Cheryl at MBS for almost 2 years now & what a breath of fresh air! I have slowly switched over all my insurances as they've come up for renewal (home, investment properties, & auto) & Cheryl is fantastic to deal with every single time. Responds to messages quickly, always professional while also super friendly, & always makes me feel like my business is important & a priority. And to date, always very competitive with the quotes I've received, so that I've ended up saving substantial amounts in premiums. I think Cheryl hits it out of the park on every level of customer service and she has certainly earned my loyalty.

I have been dealing with MBS since they were Gibbard Insurance, so 20 years, i was making monthly payments for my insurance, they decided they did not want to allow this anymore..... So after 20 YEARS i no longer have insurance , and it certainly was not because i did not pay them.... Would not recommend them, so disappointing for them to do this after 20 yrs... And i would have thought they would be able to accommodate myself by finding another insurance company to insure me...But they did not..
