My daughter brought her car in for a battery load test. They also checked the pull on the battery at no charge. Should she require a battery replacement, we will definitely be coming here. The dealer wants to charge her 150 - 350, where here they are 90 - 150 for the same one. Felt very comfortable that we were being given correct information and that we weren't being taken advantage of because we are women. They didn't try to sell us an unnecessary battery.

What an experience dealing with this team! Seriously could not ask for better customer service. Here how it went down, I called yesterday and spoke to a person who was very helpful, gave some solid advice as to what I needed, was very professional and was really good to hear someone on the phone who really seemed to care about their job. I was buying a battery for an ORV and a Noco booster. Then I went to go pick up what I needed, ended up at the wrong place (another battery store) down the street from MB Battery Distributors, not sure how I did this but we all mess up sometimes, this other place was awful to deal with. I bought the battery at the bad place, said no to the booster cause price was no where near what I was quoted on phone(guess so as was wrong place). Once I left the store realized my mistake, I went to MB Battery and found the lady I spoke to on the phone. Well explained what happened and still was very helpful! I bought the Noco booster from them as they had the price from the call, they even double checked the battery for me to make sure it was the right one. The lady I dealt with here cared about the business line it was her own, maybe it is, didn’t ask. Again, MB Battery Distributors is my battery place now, you have a customer that will tell everyone about this positive experience. Thank you very much!!!!!

Don't buy your battery here. I bought a battery for my quad here. After 4 months of the easiest winter I can remember it is completely flat, will not hold a charge. After their warranty guy tested it he lied and said it is fine. Im now stuck with a 80 acid filled paper weight. Avoid this place if you can.
