Our pool was installed the summer of 2019. We all, including our adult children and grandchildren, had a wonderful experience swimming and enjoying the long, warm, summer days in the city. We worked out an arrangement with Mayascapes wherein we were able to take on some of the work ourselves, to save on the total cost. We are very happy with our decision to both purchase our pool from them, and to do some of the work (in our case, plumbing, lights) on our own.
We are extremely happy with our project and the commitment Mayascapes Pools made to make it a reality. The communication from the beginning to the end was incredible. From our initial meeting with Mark. They took care of everything, all the permits necessary (even for a deck next year) which put our minds at ease. There was absolutely no stress involved with the project.
We use Mayascapes for our original design and construction in Richmond Hill and will be looking to them again to build a second pool for us in Vaughan. The whole project was done on time and on budget. They coordinated all elements of the construction project from the initial design through to the final pool finishes. The service team was also always there for us. Highly dependable business and would continue to recommend them to others.
