The lady working was so helpful and nice. I was in a bit of a hurry, and she helped me find exactly what I needed, and we even spent a few minutes chatting while I checked out. Amazing experience

Was refused entry because I have a medical condition which prevents me from wearing a mask . I pointed out the bylaw on their front window where it specifically says people with exemptions are not required to wear masks . I was in your store two weeks ago and that was never an issue . I reached out to your head office and this is what they said : H"Alina, Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for any misunderstandings. We would never require any customer to wear a mask who medically could not, including yourself. This is new for us and we ask for patience as we navigate through this pandemic." I do have a screenshot of the conversation with Maurices I just cannot post it here . You need to train your staff in what the bylaw states and please follow the public health instructions

I love this location, they have a great selection of stylish clothes, decent sales and such helpful staff. The best customer service I have ever experienced in retail. I very rarely shop elsewhere because this location has everything I need. I would highly recommend shopping here if you haven't done so already!
