Terrible coffee. You can't drink it black. Maybe the milky options are better at masking the bad coffee? Maybe it depends which batista you get? Great location and a cute patio. The food is typical coffee shop food; brought in from somewhere else and wrapped. I like that you cab get ice cream cones too. Poorly organized. There are arrows on the floor, but they don't make sense so everyone just stands around trying to keep track of who came in first. Overall, its ok but not great.

Workers here don’t know what’s on their menu. Even after I showed them their menu and pointed What I want, this young girl still looked me like I was the guy who’s ordering something in-ordinary drink. Come On! it was just a cup of ‘original milk tea’. Why da heck do I need to pick flavour for ‘Original’? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you still want to go here, just read those 1 star reviews first.

Being a manager in retail for 30 yrs, I always acknowledge great customer service. Unfortunately I have yet to receive even a “ Hello” from the girls who work cash. I even wanted them to prove me wrong just once and all I got was “ 9.00.” If you’re the owner of this coffee shop, and don’t want it to close, it’s time you read your reviews and change your staff’s attitude.

Fairly nice there... But.. Fairly expensive for me.. One of the girls, was with her attitude... Went in with my grandson, while I was waiting for my cat at the vet... Got my grandson a child size ice cream... No bottled milk there..so they told me i could get a half glass of milk for him...when it came, it was maybe an inch of milk in the bottom of a coffee cup! I asked for it to be filled up some... The veggie wrap was good! I might go back there... With friends... Or by myself... Kind of got the idea it wasn't kid friendly...

The white mochas are delicious however, today my large was only 3/4 full with light whip. I am assuming it wasn't light whip. I did notice until I got home and that is annoying. The service has been good every time I have gone in.

Had a great hedgehog mocha! My dessert for the day. Service friendly and prompt. Will definitely visit again soon.

The service and coffee were terrible! The barista (female with brown hair, tattoos, and extremely long fake nails) had attitude and was rude upon walking in. Second she forgot to get the food that I had ordered and messed up on my drink. While dining in, a man who appeared to be either a friend or coworker ( based on the conversations ) came in, leaned up against the counter by the ice cream and remained to talk with her and drinking his drink, which meant he was not wearing a mask the whole time. The guy stayed the full 45min I was there! On top of all this, she complained about her work schedule and whoever writes it. She also adjusted her hair, mask and was drinking behind the counter without washing her hands after. So basically, unless you want to see a drama, drink horrible coffee, and watch someone not follow proper food safety procedures, this is your place!

didn't love the mocha :( was 5 for a small and was too milky and not enough flavour for my preference! super cute spot though and nice heated patio!
