Bought 5 bags of mulch. The lady asked me to outside and somebody would help find the product. The only help I got was a very brief direction. It took me more than 5 minutes to find it. The product was not available and sitting on some instable piece of wood. Disappointing...

Monday went to buy sheets of plywood. Also asked about their cut service and they told me that it can’t be done the same day but ok for the next day. So I pay for the plywood and cut service and leave. Came back next day, NOTHING was done. Apparently, Roger, the manager, told the cut service employee that the contractors have priority so too bad for the rest of us. I asked for a refund and had to wait for a good 15min as it’s not a normal procedure to refund the 20 they charged me for the cut service. I ended up going to ACE and got everything done the first shot for the same price and amazing service!
Worst place ever!.. Extremly poor selection in the store. What they sell is useless or very cheap quality. The wrost is the wood yard. NO service and NO help at all to carry your stuff. Their delevry trucks are always blocking the doors to get to your stuff. No ones to move it no ones to help you. They never clean up the yard so be aware... I’ve got nails in my car wheel twise last summer. And all their wood and drywall are very in bad conditions.. Even the store itself!.. Just go by yourself to see the store... their roof are leaking inside so they have bucket everywhere inside.. Very mess up! If your near the area dont waste your time and go to Ace at Oka. Better quality and woodyard storage and services.
There are a few issue with this store , often much more expensive then elsewhere but also their choice is somewhat limited. Often I cant find what im looking for and end up at Rona.
Very poor selection. Every time I go I leave without everything I need. Save your time and go to Rona

Je suis désolé mais les prix sont meilleur ailleurs autrefois vous étiez compétitif j achetait toujour chez bmr je me suis rendu compte que les prix etait trop élevé svp révisé vos prix si vous voulez etre competitif !
Le personnel m'a très bien conseillé pour la construction de maison et le service de livraison était dans les heures données. Prix compétitif et la qualité des produits était bonne.
