I took delivery of my Twilight Series 8.25 hot tub a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it! It took a little while to get used to operating the jetting but with a little practice I've got it figured out. One surprise I encountered was that I thought the captain's chair would be my favourite but I actually like all the other corner chairs better. Of course the master blaster jets are awesome. In addition to getting a good foot rub, I really like hovering my lower back on them. The other awesome thing that I discovered was when the pumps cycle off after about 15 minutes, it's just so relaxing laying in the warm water and chilling, especially at night when the lights are on in the tub and the stars are out. My 54 year old body is starting to get a little creaky and this is a perfect time to get into a program of hydrotherapy. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Excellent service from sales right to delivery. Griffin helped me select the perfect tub twilight 7.25 and the delivery team got the tub in my not so easy location with ease. Ongoing help with water balance etc and the whole team at the Mississauga location is a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Picture Perfect Delivery Day! The boys from @HotTubMovers.ca and @MasterSpasofOntario just killed it!!! Precision handling of the tub. Honestly,... best day ever!!! Alfred Tu of Master Spas of Ontario was a pleasure to deal with. He gave us a realistic expectation of delivery time. Answered all my questions over the month prior to delivery. I'm hoping the after care service will be great as well,... knock on wood,... let's hope my tub is super awesome, and there won't be any issues,...

I bought a twilight 7.25 spa second hand and had no clue how to care for a hot tub. I called Master Spas in Mississauga to purchase chemicals, filters, a filter cover and more. What I ended up getting above the products was help, advice and great support! The kind of support he provided would’ve been what would’ve expected from a company I purchased the spa from; but I only bought accessories and Chemicals. This didn’t matter, John treated me as if I had been a customer there for years! He went out of his way to send me an email after our phone call with a list of all the chemicals I will need to care for my tub as well as an explanation on how to use them and what they do to keep the water clean and healthy. He didn’t have to do that- but he did. I have since purchased my chemicals only from Master Spas. On one occasion, I placed an order for pick up and the next day to my surprise, it was on my porch! I can go on about how great the service has been, but I’ll let you experience it for yourself!
