Although I can remember when it was a really small single building with a rough wooden floor, the market has grown into such an adventure shopping experience. It always had the amazing ice cream bar and fresh fruits and vegetables but now with the addition of so many wonderful products, it's a real experience to go and discover new things each time you go

This place is always a favourite stop, but typically is so overrun with customers I find it overwhelming. However, this last time, it wasn’t that way and even had available parking spots in front. The sad part is that this is 2020 and the year of COVID and the reasons I had a pleasant experience in the market isn’t as positive for the business. Hopefully the customers are still supporting it, even if they do mostly buy their food and leave with no lingering like before. The unique products and high quality this store provides is well worth the trip here.

One of Nova Scotias best spots for fresh vegetables, local meats and cheeses and just an overall great local experience. The soup and sandwich bar is also great for a quick bite. The staff are friendly and you can always find something. You won't leave empty handed

Great selection of groceries and take-out options. Several niche items but still have all the staples. The gift shop is also very charming. A typical weekend here is a total zoo and parking is madness but the pastries are worth it!

Masstown Market is an iconic stopping place. Great produce, stores, the creamery, butcher shop, ice cream, fish, restaurant, place to stretch your legs. Large focus on local. Great place to stop!
