Had a massage today with Ben. It was Fantastic!! I liked how he made sure the pressure was adequate enough because I like a really deep tissue massage and that’s exactly what I got today! Went in with a really sore neck and hip and he made sure to work those areas well, feeling so much relief already.

I've really benefited from doing reflexology with Karamjit Ghag. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I appreciate that he guides me in the session and provides me insight about my body. I would most certainly recommend a treatment for anyone looking to try a new approach in treating a health concern.

massage started at 5:15 ended at 5:59 and i had booked a male hoping for stronger hands but they had swtiched my masseuse without letting me know first. She was nive but soft touch and seemed inexperienced. Left more tense than before I got there.

I love massage addicts! This location is very professionally run, clean, and very nice staff from the front desk to all the RMT’s. I have had treatments from Emma, Amanda and Denis and of them are fantastic! I recommend to everyone.

They cancelled my appointment three times because the person was not comfortable coming into work. That’s no problem - however, he eventually did do my massage, several months later and he told me himself he had just moved to the province. That is ridiculous and then they kept trying to contact me about a missed session. Do I get paid for months of you rebooking my appointment and lying about an employee that hasn’t even moved to the province yet? On top of that, the service is poor and the massages are uncomfortable at best. If you want to keep sending me emails about a missed appointment, pay me first for months of rescheduling and lying about an employee that had not even moved to BC yet. Complete clowns, take your money elsewhere - this place is a joke. I can see why they keep harassing me for money.
