We installed Mason windows and doors 10 years ago and recently needed some very minor parts for our doors. I had read some negative customer service reviews before I emailed during Covid and two weeks later the parts arrived. All in all It was a very efficient experience.

If you are looking for replacement windows for your home, look elsewhere. This company supply windows to new home builders at a very low price, that's why they win contracts. And they use cheap materials. I have a two year old home and today I open the windows to clean the glasses and notice all screws were rusted. They are so cheap, to save a few cents, they use the cheapest screws. By the look of this, these windows won't last 10 years. I understand to win contracts you have to lower the price, but if the owner of this company has a heart, he wouldn't cheap out of screws. So if you are looking for replacement windows, run away, and don't look at them. Cheap windows!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful doors very well built
Every morning we get up look out our failed windows. Shame on jeffery homes for using mason windows. BEWARE !!!!!
This is the second home where we've replaced all our doors and windows with Mason windows. Windows were well priced and delivered as requested. We did have an issue with one vertical slider window where the slider had cracked. The window was replaced in a very timely manner, no questions asked and no cost.
