After trying to book another plumber who never showed, we were able to book with Marvel. Their plumber Ryan came on a Saturday and was able to arrive before the scheduled time, which was great. He fixed the issues that we were having quickly. Later we discovered there was a slow leak from the tank into the bowl. Ryan came back and we realized that we would need a complete new toilet. He was able to install that on the same day and Marvel installed it at a discounted price since we needed to have them come back. Overall, they were responsive, friendly, and did a good job.
