Marvel took our bungalow to the foundation and built a two storey home on it. Four months from lifting a shingle to moving in. Construction sequencing and timing was amazing. Our home is beautiful and so far seems to have been well built! They were great to work with from planning to execution, so much to say about Jesse, Matt, Adam, Alix and the team. Jesse really cares about his business and his trade, and cares about the success of every project very personally. Matt is really adept at 'working things out' behind the scenes. Adam is a master construction supervisor - his attention to detail and ability to manage trades and sequence work is incredible. On the design side, Alix is a pleasure to work with. Marvel did the impossible, they rebuilt our home entirely during a pandemic. We had to wait for the city to get our permits for far too long but once they got the green light these guys showed up! I mean in every way, they handled all the challenges of covid threw at them. Adam our Site Manager never skipped a beat and truly cared for our house and vision as much as we did. Long days and hard work made the impossible come to life before our eyes! Truly incredible experience and the quality and follow up is still blowing my mind! Can’t thank them enough for all the effort they put into making our dream reality! To have the vision go from paper to real life is a remarkable thing to witness and I’m so glad we had a trustworthy team in charge. Thank you!

We approached Marvel to renovate our dining room based on their proven record, evidence of outstanding quality and leading edge innovation, and their personable approach. We provided them with some photo examples of what we hoped to achieve. Jesse and his Team translated our wish list into a realistic and affordable solution that surpassed our expectations as they designed and installed pre-fabricated and painted wainscotting panels and crown moulding that required meticulous joinery carried out by Steve. Time lines, deliverables, expectations and budget were well communicated and exceptions were managed timeously so there surprises were minimized. Daily clean-up and post-installation clean-up were thorough. It was an absolute pleasure to have Marvel in our home and to entrust them with our dream-turned-to-reality dining room renovation.
