We used Marshalls cabinets for a large kitchen reno that we did in our newly purchased home. Harpreet was great to deal with. His communication was excellent and he was readily available. During the quoting process we were able to work out a price that worked for both sides, and they were able to work us in to their timeline for a quick turnaround. From afar the cabinets look great, but up close is when issues appear The cabinets are good quality, the install on them is lacking in detail. So many details were missed, large gaps between crown mouldings, a couple panels were installed damaged, and being solid wood doors, one of them warped and now doesn't close properly. Corners were caulked and not repainted. The installers came several times because often many parts were improperly painted, or some parts weren't ready in time because of covid delays etc. Each subsequent visit from the installer became less and less detail oriented and more rushed. It took the installer 5 visits, and still, much of the issues weren't resolved. After bringing these issues up with Harpreet after already paying the remainder, their answer was to take no action to improve the install, and left all of the small details for us to fix. That's been our experience with Marshalls. Good for the price, but lacking in finesse.
Ordered cabinets for my new home. They had good service. Made a 3d layout for me to review before finalizing. Everything was delivered and installed on time. I will use them for all my future custom homes
Our experience with KPC and Trevor was very positive. They worked with us to create beautiful cabinetry for our kitchen, bathrooms, butler pantry and great room and we were very pleased with the results. Even during a very busy time and with new machinery issues, which can happen to any company, Trevor returned our calls and gave us a reasonable timeline to complete the work. We were very pleased with the outcomes and would gladly work with KPC again.
We went with Marshall Cabinets after shopping around extensively for product, price and service. Marshall Cabinets designed all the cabinets for a new home we were building, which included 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and a laundry room. We couldn't be more impressed with the superb quality of cabinetry received and the finishing touches on the installation. I would highly recommend Trevor and his team for your next project!
