Great hotel! The front desk staff were all sooo nice, professional, accommodating and would call me by name every time they saw me! I was on the 25th floor with a breath taking view of parliament! I really liked that I could open the window and get fresh air every morning! There are tons of pubs, coffee shops and outdoor patios within walking distance! Even a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel! Every morning I would step out of the elevator and be welcomed by a super nice general manager! The pool was warm big and super deep at the one end! I liked that it didn’t have a strong chlorine smell! Will definitely book here again! If you have caa the rate is like 30 cheaper!

The hotel is in a good location. However the rooms are a bit dated and the Wi-Fi connection to the Internet is very slow.
Booked here as they were in a good location and is pet friendly. The rooms while a bit dated where large and comfortable. The views is nice. And most importantly they’re pet friendly. Would recommend going back to this hotel. I just wish parking was included or was cheaper.
My family booked online beforehand, for 3 people in a hotel room and requested a corner room. Their room was ready late which wasn’t a huge deal but there was only a King in the room, no couch and not enough space for a cot. We asked to be moved and the concierge came up to meet us and moved us into a room large enough for a cot and brought one up immediately. When they directed us to our new room, it was also a corner room. Happy the rest of the weekend went perfectly, they listened to what we said and corrected the issue. Thank you for a wonderful Remembrance Day weekend.
Great views from the room - corner room with two window walls. Comfortable with mid-range decoration and amenities. Nice pool. Very good conference rooms.
I go every year for the Army run and they are a pleasure. Super easy to book with. Very accommodating and great rooms. I wish the pool and gym were 24/7. This year we also had an issue with our discount. They work with the Army Run and normally have a discount. This year because of chances the discount was ready. When we checked in they said there was nothing they can do. Oh well. Everything else was great

Really disappointed of the hotel. We booked it thinking it was a 4 start hotel. Far from reality. Holiday Inn hotel with 2 stars have better rooms, cleaner, with breakfast and nicer staff. The room is small, very small. There were hairs in the bathroom. Reception staff was rude. They seemed to be in a rush. Bad experience so far. Won't stay here again.
