Avoid! Lived here for approx 1 year 1/2. We had to endure: cockroaches in our couch, cabinet, fridge & food. Everywhere. Secondly, fire alarm testing ALL OF THE TIME. Water was shut off frequently. They messed up paperwork then tried to fine us for parking in OUR parking spot, then told us we had to move because they gave it to someone else. They owed me after I left, and after 3 months of arguing they admitted they had \lost\ it, and they're not even sure what to do. I was so done with their BS I said forget it. Please do not move here unless you DESPERATELY have to. ALSO, NON STOP CONSTRUCTION. We paid for the convience of our parking spot only for yet again more construction, and I had to walk up a bunch of stairs during a high risk pregnancy. To top it off, we had flooding and only had their workers in and out of our building. Then after they left we realized our mop bucket and broom had been stolen, and only THEY had access. They denied it and refused to look into it.

Have been renting for a couples years. The management and maintenance/clean was good until it changed. Beside an argument about paying more for my husband's parking spot even though we had 2 vehicles when we moved in. They kept thinking I didn't want to pay for parking which was not the case; I got fed up trying to explain over and over again. The cleaner they have does a horrible job; it was a min of 2 weeks without vacuuming the 4th floor hall. I complain and they said they would talk to the cleaner but it has gotten no better. The up keep has really gone down hill. We had some silver fish in the few years we lived there which is to be expected but now I see them constantly and the are even in the floor's hallway. The biggest problem though is now there are roaches we complained and they did treat. I guess one of the tenants refused entry but hopefully Minto will realize the tenant cannot deny them entry for pest treatment since it is health and safety. This increase in bugs is disgusting and even after the treatment I am seeing LIVE roaches running around. I know they treated the cupboards but I wonder if they actually spray the baseboards or anything. I find it seems Minto hires \cheap\ I can say for sure but it seems something is fixed then shortly after if needs to be fixed again. The new built apartment is less than a year old and already the Minto signs lights are burnt out. The only good company I see the hired is their landscapers; they do an amazing job. Minto does not have the power to control people so the smoking/pot smells I don't really blame them but building cleanliness and maintenance that is defiantly there job. As the apartment is right now I would suggest renting elsewhere.

I hope if i can give o.5 star. I had so many worst experiences living here, worst property management staff, poor service. Not at all supportive, find ways to charge you, very greedy. Please avoid to live here, may find HELL batter than this. It has been two years living here, and fortunately leaving soon.

Got a notice saying they were installing new toilets in every apartment over a month ago on one specific day (gave notice of entry which is legally required... but one day to do the whole building seemed strange?). Was home that day... no entry and no new toilet. Did anyone actually get their porcelain throne replaced?
