The place is a mess and everything is over priced. My family and I went here for my eleven year old sisters birthday and the older gentleman who owns the store screamed at her for standing to close to him when she was at least 8 feet away and told her she must stand at least 20 feet away. When we first walked in he just sat at his computer just staring at us refusing to help us because we were 8 feet away which wasn’t good enough for him even though we were wearing masks. We all felt extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed and will never be returning again. The ladies at the desk of the convenience store were very nice and helpful but the older, bigger gentlemen wrecked our experience. I highly suggest finding another place to get ice cream at, Mark’s is not the place to go.

Excellent selection of candy and ice cream. The ice cream is good quality but the price, quantity and service are not good. We bought 7 ice creams and lots of candy today. I have gone here for years and have always found the interaction with the older gentleman, who I believe is the owner, abrasive and felt like shopping here was an irritant to him. Unfortunately during this time of the Coronavirus he has a reason and excuse to be especially rude. I enjoy ice cream but not this poor customer service. My presence seemed to interrupt his watching of YouTube on his laptop so perhaps that is why he had such a sour disposition. Unfortunately, when the interaction at the ice cream shop makes me feel like I am an inconvenience and that the owner wishes I wasn't there, I will heed his wishes and I will not be going back. I will drive into Port Severn instead. Also, there is a new Tim Hortons opening across the street, perhaps they will want my business.
Good ice cream, many options. We went for the milk shake but we were tempted by the razzles. Great store with lots of things, like gifts and sweets. Good service and conveniently located.
Awesome experience, hard to find products, friendly service and home made fudge. Doesn't get any better.
Looks like a neat place... Quite disappointed though. We drove from our campground 20 minutes away for ice cream only to find them closed. Google hours say open till 9pm but not so I guess
