Excellent customer service !!! 3 woman helped me try and find clothing for 5x .. Tall . Unfortunately they didn't. have a lot . your computer system stinks . those woman should be able to type in what cloths marks has available in five times tall . instead we spent over an hour scanning . ridiculous ! All sizes 4x and five times tall should be available at there figure tips . get the undercover boss on to it . get them to ask what they have in store or on line . for 4x and 5x tall . and start bring in wool shirts and pants . I know there Is a demand .

Really big selection of footwear, men's and women's. They have a wide range of work boots so whatever your price range is you should be covered. Lots of clothing as well, great winter selection. The prices can be a little high and staff aren't always on the ball, but I don't need my hand held while I shop anyway. Great spot to put on your list for general outerwear shopping. I got my Dakota winter work boots there and I'm happy with them.

I work from out of town and don't know anyone here. I was staying at Grandmas Inn - less than a block away. Marks was having an online sale. I bought a sweater from Marks and had it delivered to this store. At the time of the sale, this stores hours were 10:00-19:00. I worked 06:00-18:00. When I got the notice to pick it up, I went to grab it at 18:30 and they were closed. They changed their store hours to 10:00-17:00. I called and asked if they could deliver it to Grandmas Inn (once again, less than a block away) and was told that not only would they not do it, but that I should hire a currier service to deliver the parcel now. Awesome service.

Has good items and the prices aren't bad. The staff is very helpful. But there isn't enough selection for women's work boots and work clothing.

Always very friendly and helpful. And always hidden gems and wicked deals. I got myself a fantastic Far West hiking jacket this evening. Regular 129.00. On sale for 49.99. Today was great.

This store's employees are extremely unorganized and have attitudes. My online order was not put together or checked. 3 different employees had to go to the back 3 separate times to find everything. Tried to pressure me to sign for it before verifying all my items were there. Had difficulty verifying my items finally I just did it myself and then I got attitude from one girl. Excuse me but seeing as the whole experience was sloppy I didnt have faith that everything was there exactly the way I ordered it but when all said and done 45 min later it was all there and correct. I do not recommend buying online from this store.

Clothes and boots here are very nice and sturdy. The quality shows in the price of items. You'll spend more than Walmart but do it knowing that it'll last few more years than the cheap stuff. Also worth checking out if they have a store wide sale
