New store opened. Was looking for a spring jacket, couldn't find my size in any jacket. Could not find any one to help me so stood in line to ask the cashier if the had my size in store. Was glancing around and noticed 3 young ladies leaning on clothes racks having a gossip. Left the lineup, approached them and sure enough all 3 worked in store. Not one employee asked if I needed any assistance. And they wonder why we shop online and not local.

When in asking for help with work safety shoes. Asked for help the clerk pointed in a general direction. And went back to pricing. I would not recommend and certainly will not shop at any Marks again. I would rather pay more and give my money to Marks.
