Needed new boots for work. Went on sunday for ehen they were supposed to be open @10am according to both google and marks.com. drove an hour to get there and as it turns out they don't open until 12pm on sunday
Tried to do a simple like for like exchange but was told no. I had to stand in a very slow line, do a refund to my card and then repeat the process to buy the replacement product. The whole transaction took over an hour. I will not go back to this store.
They did not have the shoes I wanted but they ordered some for me and are having them delivered to my door. What great customer service.
