Called the store to find out how to get a pair of work shoes. Everything has to be done online, no problem. Before placing the order online I called the store again to confirm that they had item in stock. Person I spoke with said it doesn't work that way. They couldn't even tell me if they had the shoe in stock that I was looking for. I was more than willing to work with their system but I'm not going to place the order without some sort of confirmation that what I need is in stock. I was dealing with the Strathroy store. I don't plan to utilize Mark's for anything going forward, Gerber's workwear is super helpful and very accommodating. They still allow one customer in the store at a time, whereas Mark's doesn't allow anyone in, even though they are a much larger store. Go to the small guy and actually get good service.

Wow! All I can say is wow! Their customer service was the best I've ever had. The lady that helped me was knowledgable,helpful and friendly. They had a great sale on too.
