Love the quality of Mark's clothing. One of the few places in Sarnia to purchase good quality men's clothing. The service is always great, and I just ordered online for the first time - the experience was flawless, and I picked up at local store with no hassle. I like shopping there.

Most of the employees are great with a small exception of a few. Horrible accountability and reliability for online ordering though. Ordered 5 pairs of work pants and was told they'd be quick, went into the store 7 days later to check the status and they hadn't even ordered them yet. Might I add the employee at the time of order was less than impressed with having to serve me. Just disappointing as the order was madd December 10th and it is the 23rd now with nothing. All because someone took a week to submit an order. The people are the reason for the three stars as most of the employees are great, but the reliability in online ordering is what lost the other 2.
