Rented a unit here in no time at all! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Location is easy to get to and facility is clean and well maintained. Popped into the office, got the chance to see the size of the unit and was all set with Keys and a spot in 10 minutes.

Zoom Zoom Markham at Rodick rd is a life saver. My other storage arrangement fell through the cracks last minute and left me scrambling for urgent help. Zoom zoom came to mind as I used to drive on Rodick and saw their facility. What a life saver! Ana answered my call right away and looked up in the system, confirmed the unit I wanted to book is available, and set up all paper work required within half hour. I end up having a storage unit within an hour after the other company failed miserably. Should have used Zoom zoom to begin with! But hey, with the comparison, I really appreciate Zoom Zoom and Ana's professionalism, efficiency and customer focusing attitude. Zoom zoom is the best!

I haven't rented a storage unit in years. Dealing with Zoom Zoom Markham location has been great. The lady who took my booking was professional and spoke English perfectly and that means a lot to me . The phone was answered promptly. I got the email with the form to fill right away. My whole register process took less than 45 minutes. I have nothing more to say than getting this Iocker was a breeze and that these people are a pleasure to work with.
