Go first time with family. Food is good for bubble tea cafe. Tea is steep enough but don't compare with other better one since lunch special is cheap along with basic bubble tea. I got a Jasmine tea and it has enough steep tea taste. I have been different and probably the best among all zenq compare to others in Toronto. Not too many people on a Saturday afternoon. Good for a sit-down with a friend. Environment and ambience consider to be quiet I think at 12pm. Service is not a lot but due to the fact of the price and food. I give a 3.75 to 4 stars.

Location is easy to find and the space is small but well lit and clean. Ordered their Mango Mango shaved ice and found it to be pretty delicious, especially the mango jelly topping. I went on a Friday night and I honestly found the service procedure to be mildly confusing... Normally if the menu is on the table, I expect to have my order taken... But it turns out that we needed to go up and order? On top of that, we also needed to go up to ask for water and pay the bill, even though our dessert was brought to our table. I'm not one to be picky or high maintenance, but it definitely made for a less than ideal experience.

Larger location with more seating compared to other ZenQ's in the GTA. Good Taiwanese comfort food and desserts. Known for their grass jelly based desserts and an assortment of drinks. Booth seating not the most comfortable with 90 degree seat backs but hey, that's to get people moving. The tea time combo which comes with a main, 3 sides and a drink for 11.50 seems like a good value. Fast service. Free parking. Updated menu.
