I hardly give full stars. But they deserve it. They don't have the famous bridge at this location but they have very nice, attentive, patient servers. The food is a lot of fun with great value. Will return for sure! P.S. 2 Chili peppers is S.P.I.C.Y.

Tasty soup, nice broth with good ingredients, but the noodles are too soft. The way the soup is served in parts that you mix together yourself in the hot broth is kind of neat and reminiscent of hot pot but at the same time begs the question why they don't just mix it in the kitchen... The cold dishes are very hit and miss since we has a flavourful beef and tripe one with peanuts spicy sauce followed by a flavourless celery and pig ear dish that tasted unseasoned. Beware, cash only.
If you're into noodles, this place noodles dishes are very different. They brings you lots of small side dishes to add to the boiling hot soup. A verieties of soup base spicy, tomatoes, sour Vegetables..the chilies chicken side dish is very flavourful..must try. Overall a good place for a noodles soup especially on a cold day.
Well maybe just my luck or what, the food was not fresh, the tofu fish tasted little bit sour, the egg taste weird, the pork bun I had ordered was too dry, pork was not that great. Not to compare, but I remember when I had it last time in Newmarket was totally different..... much much better taste. Edit on Nov. 20th I must add this into my review, I am not sure is it the owner or an associate who actually read and took serious action of my review. I must say, I was touched by that action and yes I will come back and try the food again. The after service is excellent and thanks to "Jude" for the excellent and caring service. The cold noodles here are super tasty. Strongly recommended for the summer.

Super yummy soup. I got the extra spicy with the spicy peppers in the soup, with beef. There was beef already inside the soup too, so it was extra beefy. I loved how spicy, and the side dishes to put in the soup was so yummy. I really liked the pickled greens. A great place for lunch!
Salt and Pepper Chicken is a MUST TRY appetizer. So delicious ！！
