We were given all the time we needed to make a decision about which piano to choose, along with discussions about the qualities of each one we were interested in within our price range. Upon delivery, the movers were exceptionally careful not only with the arriving piano but also with our old one which they were taking to a new location. We also got a 10 year warranty.
