The fries are awesome BUT the chicken wings is a hit and miss, mostly a miss. They are very chewy and hardly hot (temperature wise). It's like they were made hours ago or re-fried again, making them chewy. I've rarely had freshly cooked chicken wings here, most of the times, the wings were not freshly cooked. That's all I've ordered here, wings and fries. Also, twice I've noticed actually feathers on the wings. Not micro-hairs but inch long feather remnants. Better attention to meat prep is needed, the poultry farm doesn't remove all the feathers. Freaked me out and I stopped eating that order.

I went with my partner today and we came across a special that was posted on their window called the "Mini Markham special". This includes half a pound of wings, a can of pop and a side of chili onion fries for 7.95. Their original special, the "Markham special" is very similar with only an additional half pound of wings more for almost double the price at 15. With that being said, it's definitely a lot better to get the Mini Markham Special if you can, as the difference between the two meals isn't much. We decided to get the Cajun flavor for the original and the Devil's Ranch for the mini. The cajun was seasoned perfectly and the Devil's Ranch definitely has a kick of spice to it. The chili onion fries tasted great, but it was quite heavy. Definitely not the best I've had, but still pretty good to fulfill my empty stomach. If you are in a time crunch, don't mind the limited flavors and need somewhere cheap to eat between the hours of 11AM-2PM, I would definitely recommend coming here for their Mini Markham special as it only took 10 minutes to prepare.
Very disappointed. Food quality has definitely gone down. Ordered Devils Ranch and Spicy Gar Par. The wings were soggy. The fries were soggy. My devils ranch looked like Franks Red hot was just thrown onto my wings. The spicy Gar Par did not lack spicy, but it did lack Gar and Par. Half of my wing were thrown out. I barely touched the fries. I ordered 2 Junior Chickens instead. Will never come back.
No point calling their phone number because they don’t know how to use a phone or they just always have phone problems, so don’t even bother. One time i called 40 times just because I drive from a far distance and was super hungry and they still didn’t pick up. But i’ll give em 3 stars because the food is really good and flavorful.
Their wings were decent but their Jaffna Fries were out of this world! So so good! Will definitely be back for more!
Ordered from this placing after seeing all the great reviews but I was very disappointed! Wings were cold and super dry like they had been reheated a few times. Also customer service can certainly be improved. I would not recommend or try again.

We didn't experience any of the customer service issues that we see in recent posts, and they have great safety protocols to avoid congestion (they call you when your wings are ready for pickup, to avoid loitering). Safety and Service were great, they get 5 stars for that. But we did do a taste test between Wow Wing House and Fire Wing Station. We ordered 2 lbs of chicken wings from each place, 1 dry rub, and 1 sauced. We felt the wings from Wow Wing House were quite a bit smaller, and not as crispy or flavorful. The wings get 3 stars, for an overall score of 4/5
