The staff and team at The Physio Spot are awesome. I decided to go there after seeing the other google reviews and was not disappointed at all. I had a bad ankle break from a fall which required 2 surgeries to repair the damage and required the installation of a plate and screws, and 12 weeks in various casts. From the moment you walk in the door Houda is absolutely wonderful, and lovely to chat with and catch up if you get there a little early for your appointment. Appointments were always punctual. I thought I'd never walk properly again. Jayme is amazing, incredible, fantastic, awesome. I am beyond happy with her treatment. She knew and understood what my goals were. Her guidance and treatment plan was perfect, never aggressive, but perfect to get me back on my feet. I would tell anyone who requires physical therapy for any reason to go here. The one on one attention is great, and you never feel rushed or like your just going through the motions of physio. She went out of her way to make sure that anything that we worked on was within my comfort level, and as this was the first time I have ever had something like this happen she always made me feel at ease. I could go on and on about her but I think at this point you all get the picture. I didn't use any of the other services offered here so I can't speak to those, but if they are anything like Jayme why would anyone go anywhere else. I am forever grateful to her for everything she has done and continues to do to keep me moving forward.

I have been going the The Physio Spot for many years now. I’m so grateful for Romano and Jayme. Both extremely knowledgeable and informative at what they do. I tried a few places before but no one was able to help me find a solution with my back but these two. I highly recommend Jayme for pelvic therapy and Romano for acupuncture.

There is a real family vibe at the Physio Spot from the moment you walk in and are greeted with a huge smile from Houda at the front desk. My husband, myself and my daughters have all required treatments for ailments throughout the last few years and Romano and his team have always gone over and beyond to get our bodies back to a happy place. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Romano and Jamie. They are both phenomenal therapists and incredibly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend the Physio spot. Everyone in the clinic, from Houda at the front desk to all the clinicians, is very caring and friendly.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and Jayme Filgiano! I experienced some physical postpartum issues and Jayme always made me feel comfortable and calm through all of my treatments. I have seen a vast improvement and I am especially thankful for her, because not only did she help me physically, but she took the time to really listen to me, and connected me with another health professional to treat me as a whole person.
