My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. They selected a delivery company to deliver. This is what they did to our lawn and driveway causing 12k in damages and only offering us 1600 as reimbursement. The delivery companies driver didn't deliver the washer or dryer and left without showing us there identification. I high recommend choosing another store.

I had a very bad experience with the Maytag dishwasher I got from here. Ultimately the way their contractor installed it was incorrect and no one at this location or at headquarters wanted to take responsibility for it because it had been 4 years (Dec. 2020 was the ultimate electrical shorting and I was lucky that I didn't get a fire in my unit). They told me that no one would do anything because I should've known earlier there was a problem. Why would I know that? I hired YOU TO DO IT for a reason! It took two Comerco repair visits and my own electrician visit to diagnose the problem. My electrician (and many other reviews I have seen since) have said that Home Depot doesn't pay their contractors properly so these contractors aren't motivated and make mistakes in my case. Tell me why I should've known that you used a weak plug to install my dishwasher and forseen it would short out and burn out my wiring? Unbelievable. Do not trust Home Depot and their installation team.

Poor customer service. There are either way too many workers milling about in clumps and talking to each other or they are running away from you while you're asking for help. The staff can be a bit rude. No one seems to know where anything is actually located so I am always having to find things myself. You don't need more than three ppl to greet the door either...I hope they can improve their customer service. It's a great location and I'd like to support their business.

Instore shopping experience is great especially when there is less foot traffic, very seamless and smooth process, the staff are knowledgeable and direct correctly. This is a stark contrast to the online and over the phone experience which is extremely frustrating especially during lockdowns when their virtual sales volume is higher

I had the most pleasant experience at this location. Jonathan in the lumber department was AMAZING, SO KIND and PATIENT and helped me gather all required lumber for my project and made such clean accurate cuts. So incredibly impressed with his service. In addition, when I was checking out, Thomas my cashier was also very pleasant and kind and made my experience so much better. I go to home depot often and this was the best service I have ever received.
