I just graduated from Post-Secondary School and got a job here. It is a great place to work, people are amazing to work with, great work environment and I have already learned so much. Looking forward to work here and I would highly recommend not only working for Stantec but also hiring them as consultants if needed.

A great company, have been working there for more, than half a year, good management and decent salary.
Horrible place with weak management, lack of work and terrible people. Constant hiring and firing cycles due to their lack of work. No stability or support from co-workers. Never left a job so quickly in my 20 year career in engineering. This is not a good place to work unless you want to be looking for a new job in a few months.
