I was referred to Running Free by my physiotherapist, and I was able to understand why. Ken was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. He helped me find the perfect shoe. He was kind enough to bring out many shoes for me to try out. Walking out the door, I was very confident in my purchase, and was excited for my first run in them. Needless to say, the first run was amazing in my Hoke One One Clifton 7's. I'll be back here for my next pair. Thank you to Ken and the Running Free team!

Sue is very knowledgeable. I tried on over a dozen pairs to find the right fit, comfort, and lastly style. When you're in scrubs all day, comfort is most important. I chose the Hoka Clifton (a little narrow).
I ordered a running hat for a great price (promo on top of a discount!) for pickup. I was contacted soon after with an apology that the item out of stock but I was given a more expensive alternative for the same discounted price. Great customer service, glad to support local!
I was looking for running accessories for a Christmas present, and saw they had a lot of great deals on their website. I placed an order for curbside pickup, and it was ready the next morning. Pickup was quick and straightforward.
This is one of the better running shoe stores in the GTA no pressure tactics and are given a lot of time. Also the prices are great!
