Jogesh and Gagan here were contacted over a week in advance to see if they accomodate an order for a strictly vegetarian family with meat allergies. this order was for a birthday. the day of I called to place the order and they said it's not possible with no understanding or care for the customer. they were not willing to uphold their word and make it work. they were very rude and inconsiderate and said I'll call you back but didn't. the location on hwy 7 next to RBC they handled the order and were super considerate even last minute. don't visit this location their inconsiderate and don't care for their customers. go up the road instead

Came here last week for a change from dominos. The pizzas are quite oily in comparison. The flavour was good though
The quality of pizza was very good but staff needs to be more alert. I had a long order and asked the staff thrice to check whether it is complete or not. Upon confirmation I took the food home and then realized that it was not complete. Got a call from pizza hut after one hour that order is still pending so I had to go again to pick. By that time, there was no appetite left so it was practically wasted.
Worst pizza hut location , staff constantly keeps you waiting while not busy. Pizza routinely has less toppings each time or poor quality, personally I would fire everyone and re-hire new team. Avoid THIS location goto McCown and 7, they know what they are doing .
Horrible location, went there first time and got terrible customer service. I got two burned pizza, called to complain about it and the manager responded saying I can only give you one because it’s not burned. So there is not value to customer comaplains. I was willing to drive up to store to show her but the manger said I can only replace one pizza. If you ever go to this location please double check ur Order quality before taking home a pickup order.
