It's a no-brainer. Instead of listening to music only, our clients are staying up-to-date on the latest at CVH; learning about our services, special offers, new products, and pertinent educational information specific to our valley and the species we serve. We absolutely love the fast, friendly and professional service from each of the representatives at On-Hold Marketing; they make script writing and editing a breeze. There are a variety of great voices and audio clips to choose from and they record regularly, so it's easy to change up the recording in a pinch. I would highly recommend this service.
Love these guys! We've been working with On-Hold for several years now and have always been impressed with both the quality of production as well as customer service we've received. They offer a great selection of voice talent as well as music options for customized content for every situation. As a bonus our clients get to listen to what we want them to when a hold is necessary.
I have dealt with them for about 4 years now and they do the recordings for the company I currently work at. They do a phenomenal job! We get email reminders every now and then about updating our recordings and it helps us out a lot. It would be unprofessional if our customers were listening to old recordings (i.e. I work in the live events industry). Also, if the voice talent we used before wasn't available, there was always another talent available so we appreciated that as well!

Outstanding service! We have used the on hold service for many years. Chanel and Carrie always stay in touch and remind us to change our music and script.
