I was a client of Nicole Draperies for well over 10 years. The quality of their work is good. It is also very expensive. Nicole was usually professional and businesslike. It is the husband (or whoever the man is that she is partnered with in the business) who is extraordinarily rude and misogynistic. His rudeness and unprofessionalism is the reason I moved on to another company (where the staff is polite).

Nicole draperies had recently done our drapes and curtains and we are very pleased with the end result. What me and my wife liked the best was their design strategies and colour choices to complement our home's existing style. Each room had their own different ideas and style. I fell in love with the beautiful hues and patterns of the Venetian Blind collection they had, excellent customer service, timely delivery and installation, but steep prices. But I didn’t mind digging deep in to my pocket. It’s worth every penny I spent.
