We booked our pictures through Raymond who was very professional and prompt with all of our inquiries. Our pictures were recieved very promptly. They were stunning! The angles and the moments captured were priceless. We didn't realize how beautiful they would be. The pictures far exceeded our expectations and they are worth every dollar. You can spend money on the venue, and the decor, but at the end your pictures will be what captures the memories of the biggest event of your life. They are fully worth the investment!! Recently we lost our pictures from the USB and Raymond was kind enough to reload them onto another USB drive and send them to us again. I would say if you want a highly responsive team that gets quality pictures to you soon after your event this is the company to go with. Having a reliable team on a big day is so important. It takes some of the stress away. Pictures were beautiful, team was professional and they are very accomodating.

Like all studios, it really depends who you pick/get as a photographer on your big day. We got Andy as our main photographer and he really wasn't too great. He did our engagement shots and they were very mediocre relative to the nice samples at the studio we saw. Perhaps we should have changed at that point but we wanted to give him another chance since he was a nice guy. The wedding day shots were equally mediocre (There aren't that many I would want to process and hang up at all). At the end of the day, the service and treatment was fine but just the end product fell well below our expectations. It's a shame since some of the samples NG had in the studio were amazing, we just got the wrong guy. Advice would be to pick your guy wisely, see a lot of his previous work and get an engagement/pre-wedding shoot so you have a chance to change if you don't like him/her. I will note that we got a same day edit video done and that was pretty well done for the reception. Also we had a secondary photographer (believe his name was Leo) and his shots were actually great. We ended up only processing the shots by Leo and not Andy.
