Zero stars if possible. I came in this store @ approximately 7::20pm and you can re run the recording. I normally would brush this off and respect safety, but for these two employees, I'll make time for. I had my mask on and kept my distance while approached by a trainee employee within 1 ft space, yes Covid-19 is to practice social distancing and this individual invaded my space. I brushed it off and kept my distance, I requested for a pair of Blundstones because they are the best. I didn't bother asking for prices at the time because I knew that this would be my purchase. The trainee decided to stand in front of me and after putting the first shoe on she decided out of nowhere to say \excuse me could you pull up your mask higher\. Please review the footage and you'll clearly see that my mask was above my nose and within compliance of Covid-19 Rules. I then proceeded to request that she pull her mask up to her forehead along with complying with 2 meter social distance. The other staff member invaded the conversation and stated \NO NEED TO ARGUE\. So If I can understand this clear, the staff members here are trained medical professionals who can dictate who's being safe while they break the rules of Social distancing and enhance mask rules that are beyond the standard?. I came here to buy a pair of safety shoes for work and I have to deal with attitude?. I came to spend money in the most safe manner and a trainee invaded my safety space and decided that my mask wasn't suited to her liking?. This is 100% ignorance, along with the nosey staff member who decided to give me attitude in front of other customers lol.... is this how paying clients are treated?. I run a HVAC business, run my own business and work for several contractors. My life style must be professional in order to maintain a successful business so I only request the same in return.
