Fantastic customer service! The staff are so friendly and offer many different options when looking for jewelry. They are not in a rush for you to buy, and let you look and ask questions! I am very satisfied with how my issues were dealt with at this store. The manager, Ryan was able to replace a broken chain due to a bad solder. Also, I did not have to wait a long time for the replacement.

I had to go in to get my ring resized, but it was a very tricky ring. Long story short, I had to get it done x3 times, a different size each time.I only paid for 1 flat fee. And the staff, Effie and Ryan, were beyond nice and professional; so much so, I felt the need to highlight them here. I wanted Michael Hill to be aware, but couldn't find a customer satisfaction survey on their site.

I went in here and asked for a price on a ring from a lady she said the man was assisting me their was no man assisting me the man was actually assisting another customer and she was doing nothing and their was another lady sitting on a chair doing nothing as well not sure as to why neither of the these two ladies were not able to help but ur loss Michael hill because if the price was right I would have bought it
